Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026
By using Fluichat you accept these Terms. Fluichat is an omnichannel customer support platform for businesses.
1. Use of the service
You must use Fluichat in accordance with the law and Meta’s platform policies (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram). You are responsible for the messages you send and for having your contacts’ consent where applicable.
2. Connected accounts
By connecting a WhatsApp Business, Facebook or Instagram account, you authorize Fluichat to send and receive messages on your behalf through Meta’s official APIs, with the permissions you approve during connection.
3. Payments
The subscription and AI credits are charged according to the contracted plan. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to the account owner at its rates.
4. Artificial intelligence
AI features are optional and enabled by each business. AI outputs are suggestions and may contain errors; responsibility for what is sent to the end customer lies with the business.
5. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur. Fluichat is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.
6. Cancellation
You may stop using the service and disconnect your channels at any time from the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page.
